Drill into the market, one ring at a time

Each ring is a level of the breakdown you've chosen (Municipality, Property type, Bedrooms or Price), moving outward from the whole island at the centre. Click any wedge to zoom into it and reveal the next ring underneath; click the centre circle to zoom back out. Use the tabs above the chart to switch between sale and rental listings, and to change which four-level breakdown you're viewing. Hover a wedge, or a row in the list on the right, to see its exact count and share of the parent it sits inside.

Counts here are online listings, not individual properties: the same property advertised on more than one portal counts once per listing. See Exclusivity Coverage for how much of the market that affects and why.

This chart shows one listing category at a time (sale or rental, picked with the tabs above), not the two combined: it opens on "For sale" by default, so the totals here are smaller than a combined sale+rent figure quoted elsewhere on the site until you switch to "For rent" or add the two together yourself.
