What we collect, and why

We collect personal data in two ways: data you choose to give us directly through a form, and business data we aggregate from publicly available sources.

Data you give us directly:

• Price Search Report: name, email, and search criteria, to generate your report and (where you consent) share leads with our partner agent network.
• Business claim ("Is this your business?" on /agencies): your name, position, mobile, email, business address, website and licence number, to confirm you're authorised to manage that business's profile, and to verify the business itself (see Terms of Service, Section 7).
• Agent roster (added by a verified business on our verification form): each agent's name, specialty, phone, email and photo. This is published on the business's public listing, see "Who we share data with", below.
• Data licence request and general enquiries (/contact): your name, email, and message, to respond to your request.
• "Notify me" submissions: name and email, so we can tell you when a specific data point or view becomes available.

Business data we aggregate:

Where a real estate business's own website or a property listing publicly names a business, its contact details, or an individual agent, we may aggregate that publicly-available information into an unclaimed profile as part of our real estate market dataset, before that business has claimed or verified it. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for this: making an accurate, structured record of the real estate sector publicly available and queryable, including by AI systems, similar to how a business directory or search engine index operates. We do not require an account to browse the site or use its public tools. We don't collect payment information directly on this site; a paid agency subscription (Terms of Service, Section 7) will be processed through a third-party payment provider once that system is live.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall site usage: which pages are visited, roughly how, and from where. This is aggregate, not tied to your name or email. See our Cookies Policy for the specifics.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data to third parties. What we share depends on which of the two categories above it falls into:

Price Search Report / consumer data: where you've explicitly consented (the connect-with-an-agent opt-in described in Terms of Service, Section 9), we pass your name, email, buying/selling status and search criteria to a single matched partner agency. Nothing else, and never without that specific opt-in.

Business claim and agent roster data: unlike the consumer data above, this is published, not privately shared. Once a business's claim is verified, its business name, address, phone, email, licence number and agent roster (each agent's name, specialty, phone, email and photo) are shown publicly on its MallorcaData listing, and made available to AI agents, LLMs and AI search tools querying our data via our API and MCP server (Terms of Service, Sections 5 and 7). This is disclosed to the claimant at the point we collect it, and publishing this information (making a verified business's real-world activity and how to reach it discoverable) is the explicit purpose of the claim and verification process, not an incidental use.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as reasonably needed to action your request and for our own records, after which they may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Your rights, below.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time via Contact. If you no longer want to receive marketing emails from our partner agent network, every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data source

The market statistics on this site are aggregated from property listings already publicly advertised by agencies and portals, not personal data about buyers or sellers. See Sources for the full list of tracked sites.
