Our coverage

Every real-estate business and agency source in our coverage, with the sale and rental listing counts we currently hold for each. Refreshed regularly, not a one-off snapshot.

These are per-source counts, named source by named source, as each source reports them, refreshed regularly from our live data feed. The same property is often advertised by several sources, so these figures add up to more than the deduplicated market totals quoted elsewhere on the platform.
