Tracing the market from place to property to price

This Sankey diagram follows every active listing through three stages: which municipality it's in, what type of property it is, and which price band it falls into. The width of each flow shows how many listings take that path, so you can see, for example, that Palma's listings skew heavily towards apartments, while smaller municipalities lean more towards villas, and trace how each property type splits across price bands. Shows the 6 biggest municipalities and 6 biggest property types, grouped into 4 broad price bands for readability.
