Exclusive rustic estate of Son Marrón, result of segregations of the ancient Islamic farmhouse, which in the year 1232 was called Beni-Taref, from the Repartition made after the Conquest of Mallorca by King James I the Conqueror, and granted to the noble Pere Arnau. The lands of the rustic estate are irregular in shape, with areas that are noticeably flat and areas with slopes in the form of small mounds with gentle gradients, forming a small gully where rainwater runs when abundant.
